Lirca Gii was bred by Ann and Lars Gustavii of the Gustavii stud. She is by Lar Chin Gii who is a beautiful swedish warmblood that competed to International Grand Prix level and has a pedigree littered with International and Championship performers. Lar Chin Gii himself is by Lars Irco Gii a superb International jumping stallion that sadly passed away in 2001.

The sire of Lars Irco Gii is Irco Mena G who competed at Championship Level. Irco Mena Gii was by the stallion Irco Marco who competed at the European Championships. Irco Marco is also interestingly the damsire of Lar Chin Gii so appaers twice in the pedigree of Lirca Gii.
The damline of Lirca Gii is also as impressive. Lirca Gii's dam was Mirca Gii who was by Irco Marco!! Mirca Gii competed at top level and competed in World Cup competition for Sweden with Maria Gretzer. Mirca Gii was by Irco Marco out of the Irish bred Ballymena Park who also, interestingly bred the Championship horse Irco Mena Gii.
Lirca Gii is the product of many years of successful line breeding by the world renowned Gustavii Stud and was herself destined for a glittering International career before devastatingly getting injured at only the beginning of her career.
